Aranmula Parthasarathy Temple is a Hindu temple located in the village of Aranmula in the Pathanamthitta district of Kerala, India. It is dedicated to Lord Krishna, an avatar of Vishnu, who is worshipped as Parthasarathy, the charioteer of Arjuna in the Mahabharata. The temple is one of the 108 Divya Desams, the holy shrines of Vishnu revered by the 12 Alvar saints. The Aranmula Parthasarathy Temple is a beautiful example of Kerala style architecture. The temple has four gopurams (gateway towers) and a large inner courtyard. The main shrine houses the idol of Lord Krishna, which is believed to be over 5,000 years old. The temple is famous for its annual Vallasadya, a grand feast served to snake boat rowers on the eve of Ashtami Rohini, in the Malayalam month of Chingam. The sadya includes over 60 varieties of food, all of which are donated by the devotees.

Another famous festival at the temple is the Vallamkali (boat race), which is held during the Onam season. The race is a spectacular sight, with hundreds of snake boats competing against each other. The Aranmula Parthasarathy Temple is a popular tourist destination, and is known for its religious and cultural significance. Mallapuzhassery is a village located near Aranmula. It is home to the Mallapuzhassery Sree Mahadevar Temple, a Shiva temple that is also a popular tourist destination.

Visiting the Aranmula Parthasarathy Temple
The Aranmula Parthasarathy Temple is open to visitors from 4 am to 11:00 am and 5 pm to 8 pm.
Visitors are required to dress modestly when visiting the temple. Men are required to remove their shirts and upper garments, and women are required to cover their heads.
Visitors are also required to leave their footwear outside the temple.
There is a nominal entry fee for visiting the temple.
